Coach Profile Data

Bio, specialties, certifications, coaching and playing background, education, years of experience, expected pay range, city and state, availability status, relocation preferences, coaching philosophy, and references.

Facility Profile Data

Organization name, facility type, location, technologies available, website, and logo.

Job Posting Data

Job title, description, requirements, compensation details, and location.

Video Content

Coach intro videos uploaded to the platform.

Communication Data

Messages sent through in-app messaging between users.

Application Data

Job applications and cover letters submitted through the platform.

Payment Information

Billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Usage Data

Pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and device information.

Cookies

Session cookies for authentication and preference cookies for user settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the DiamondConnect platform
• Create and manage user accounts
• Display coach profiles to facilities and the public (based on user privacy settings)
• Display job postings to coaches and the public
• Facilitate communication between facilities and coaches

• Improve the platform and user experience
• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud

4. How We Share Your Information

Public Visibility

• Coach profiles: Visible to subscribed facilities and, if set to public, to all visitors. Coaches control their profile visibility.
• Facility profiles: Visible to all users and the public.
• Job postings: Visible to all users and the public.

Third-Party Sharing

• We do NOT sell personal information to third parties.
• Payment processors: To process subscription payments and transactions.
• Email service providers: To send transactional and notification emails.
• Hosting providers: To operate and maintain the platform.
• Law enforcement: When required by law or legal process.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify users of any such transfer.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (cloud infrastructure).
• We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text.
• Payment information is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors.
• While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access: You can view your personal data through your account dashboard at any time.
• Update: You can edit your profile and account information at any time.
• Delete: You can request account deletion by contacting support@diamondconnect.com. We will delete your account and personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Communication preferences: You can opt out of marketing emails. Transactional emails related to your account (such as application updates) cannot be opted out of.
• Profile visibility: Coaches can set their profile to public or private at any time.

7. Cookies and Tracking

• We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
• We may use analytics tools to understand platform usage and improve the user experience.
• You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.

8. Children's Privacy

DiamondConnect is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete it promptly. 9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
