Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy describes how cancellations, refunds, and billing work for DiamondConnect facility subscriptions. Coach accounts are free and are not subject to this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

  • DiamondConnect offers three monthly subscription tiers for facilities: Basic, Pro, and Enterprise.
  • All plans include a 7-day free trial for new facility accounts.
  • After the trial period, your selected plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged monthly.

3. Free Trial

  • New facility accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to their selected plan's features.
  • You may cancel during the trial period at no charge.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@diamondconnect.com.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will continue to have full access to your plan's features until the billing period expires.
  • After your subscription expires, your account will revert to a limited free state — your job postings will be paused and you will lose access to premium features.
  • Your account data (job postings, applications, messages) will be retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you choose to resubscribe.

5. Refund Policy

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time, or downgraded plans.
  • If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days.
  • Exception: If you experience a significant platform outage or technical issue that prevents you from using DiamondConnect for an extended period, you may contact support@diamondconnect.com to request a credit or refund at our discretion.

6. Featured Listing Purchases

  • Featured listing boosts are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once the listing has been activated.
  • If a featured listing fails to activate due to a technical error, contact support for a full refund.

7. Price Changes

  • DiamondConnect LLC reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time.
  • Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect.
  • If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

8. How to Cancel or Request Support

  • Cancel through your facility dashboard: Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription

  • Please include your account email and organization name in any support requests.
  • Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day.
